Presently our main area of coverage is the tristate New York, New Jersey and Connecticut Metropolitan area (approximately 60 -100 miles around New York City). We are expanding slowly and diligently into other areas of the country. Finding interviewing and developing relationships with lenders takes time. If you are are looking for a mortgage lender outside the New York area, we may still be able to help in a number of ways:

1. We can refer out of state borrowers to a lender in the NY,NJ,CT area who can take an application over the phone. Many of our local lenders are licensed in all 50 states and can still fund most loans depending on the complexity of the deal.

2. We may have at least one lender in your area we can refer you too, if not 3 or 4. Fill out the loan request form and someone from LoanShoppingPros will get back to you and let you know if we have lender partners in your area. We do have spotty local lender coverage in Massachussets, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Ohio, California and several other states.

3. If we have no lenders in your area and you prefer to not have an application taken over the phone by a NY,NJ or CT lender, we can still help you shop local lenders over the phone and evaluate offers you receive. Although we cannot guarantee the same results we can with one of our local lenders, we can still help you avoid many pitfalls of the mortgage shopping process. We have NY lenders with branch offices in other states who may be familiar with a reputable loan officer in your area with whom we can start to build trust and a relationship.
